Masayoshi Fujita is a Berlin based Japanese vibraphone player who plays his instrument unlike anyone you have heard before, creating magical soundscapes from his ethereal and layered sounds. Another musician from the Erased tapes label, his music has received much acclaim from UK magazine The Wire and he performed recently on BBC Radio 3’s Late Junction. Masayoshi continues his mission in bringing the vibraphone to the worlds attention with his new album, Book of Life, released last summer. We cant wait to hear him play in the Great Hall at Butley Priory!
