EXTRA SPECIAL BEDROOMS

We have three huge and very individual bedrooms, each of which has its own log fire which will be laid ready for your arrival, extra logs on the landing! They are all very different and equally enjoyable!

Mary Rose Room
A very large, airy and light room with antique faded pink wallpaper. Very romantic, with two Georgian windows facing East and South over the Gardens. 7ft King Size bed, your own log fire to sit beside and en suite bathroom with super powerful shower.

Yellow Bedroom
A large very pretty double bedroom with South facing massive gothic window overlooking south garden. Deep window seat to dream in, working log fireplace and tall en suite shower room lit by a crystal chandelier. (This was Rapunzel’s bedroom!).

West Wing
A huge room with King sized bed and large South facing Georgian window which overlooks the garden; big comfortable white sofa in front of the fireplace, private bathroom with bathtub (but no shower) lit by a crystal chandelier is down a short flight of stairs within same wing.

* Monks Cell
This is a tiny single bedroom - only available when booked with the West Wing with shared bathroom facilities. If this room is required a fee of £30 will be charged.

CHARMING DOUBLE BEDROOMS

Moroccan Room
This is our smaller double room - bedroom and bathroom are all in one, separated by a curtain. There is a huge antique bath on legs. Moorish décor, tall peaceful white room overlooking East garden, very unusual!

The Garden Cottage
We offer two exquisite en suite bedrooms on either a 'Bed and Breakfast' or self catering basis in The Garden Cottage, a gem that stands within the Priory grounds and is a 2 minutes stroll from the Priory itself. Those requiring breakfast will be awaiting you in the Great Hall in the house. Newly decorated, the cottage is painted white throughout and downstairs there is a charming sitting room with stripped pine floor and working log fireplace. The overall effect is one of light and uncluttered tranquility.

VAT is included and all prices are per room, per night based on 2 people sharing (i.e. prices are NOT per person!) and include a delicious full English breakfast. Single supplement rates are available during the week upon request. We also have a minimum 2 night stay policy at weekends.

Extra beds: if requested we can make up an extra bed for a child, in one of our very large rooms, Mary Rose, West Wing or Yellow Room. There will be an additional cost for this of £20 per child, which applies to children under 12 years old. We regret that space in the smaller rooms does not allow for an extra bed.

Well behaved dogs are welcome for a small fee of £10!

If the Monks Cell Bedroom in the West Wing is required, an extra £30 will be charged.

Wine, champagne and chocolates are readily available to purchase, just ring us beforehand or ask when you are here.

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours for weekday bookings, or 4 full days for weekend bookings.

Our wireless internet service is now working and is available in the Great Hall!. As there is only limited mobile phone signal coverage, a landline is available to guests for local calls though sometimes it is nice to be unavailable!

Guests are welcome to arrive any time after 2pm (but please let us know when to expect you as we don't have a reception desk) and check out time is before 11.30am.

We regret that as demand is so high at weekends, weekend bookings must be for a minimum of two nights (Fri & Sat or Sat & Sun).

In order to confirm your booking we would like your name, address, credit card number, expiry date and security number. We accept all cards except Amex and will normally debit your card at the time of booking, If this is not convenient please say so and we can arrange an alternative. Payment can also be made by cheque or cash on departure.

Please also note that Butley Priory reserve the right to change accommodation prices. The price quoted to you at the time of booking will be confirmed to you by e mail and will be honoured for the duration of your stay.
